Lucky105 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lucky105. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lucky105 website, mobile platform, and all games, services and features accessible through your Lucky105 account. Lucky105 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan, operating with all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account on Lucky105, depositing funds, claiming a bonus or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To use Lucky105's paid services — including depositing funds and placing bets — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Pakistan.

Lucky105 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the details provided during registration. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration, including a false name, false date of birth or false contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Lucky105 may close any account where false information is identified and confiscate any funds held in that account.

4. Age Verification

Lucky105 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Gambling by minors is illegal and Lucky105 is fully committed to preventing it.

Lucky105 may require players to submit age verification documents at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport or another government-issued photo identity document showing date of birth.

Where Lucky105 has reasonable suspicion that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. All play during the suspension period is void. If verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account is closed permanently, all winnings are confiscated and any deposits are returned to the original payment source.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has opened a Lucky105 account, they should contact Lucky105 support immediately at support@lucky105.app so the account can be closed and appropriate steps taken.

5. Deposits

All deposits to Lucky105 are made in PKR. Lucky105 supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Deposits are typically credited to your Lucky105 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, delays may occur due to network issues on the payment provider's side. If a deposit has not reflected within 30 minutes, contact Lucky105 support with your transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

Lucky105 processes withdrawals of real money funds (not bonus funds) to the player's registered payment methods. All withdrawals are in PKR.

Lucky105 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. These timelines are targets, not guarantees — periods of unusually high demand or technical issues at third-party payment providers may occasionally cause delays.

Lucky105 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if fraud checks, bonus verification or identity confirmation are required. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review period.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky105 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amount and expiry period — which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of claiming. The general rules below apply to all Lucky105 bonuses.

All bets placed on Lucky105 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the amount, the selection and the market — before confirming. Lucky105 does not accept claims based on alleged misunderstanding after a bet is confirmed.

Lucky105 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds resulting from a technical pricing error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where possible, the erroneous bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

• Sharing your account login credentials with any other person or allowing others to play on your account.

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus extraction.
• Making threats, using abusive language or harassing Lucky105 staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky105 may suspend, restrict or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Lucky105 will attempt to contact the player before taking any action on a dormant account.
• At the player's own request — for self-exclusion or account closure.

When an account is closed for rule violations, all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Real money deposits that have not been involved in fraudulent activity may be returned at Lucky105's discretion after investigation. Lucky105 will not delay the return of confirmed legitimate funds for more than 30 days following the completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to close their Lucky105 account voluntarily can do so by contacting Lucky105 support at support@lucky105.app. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
